Your coach will help you determine your baseline by grabbing some assessments that will guide your program and help us track your progress.

We set you up to be successful by walking with you throughout the process. At the end of each week our coaches will check in to see what went right or wrong and make changes accordingly.

What if I don't feel confident with an exercise after watching the video?

Feel free to reach out to your coach, we can change the exercise to one you are comfortable doing! Never be afraid to speak up, we would rather you be safe and comfortable than worried about if you will be able to do an exercise correctly.

What if my goal changes?
